By accessing and using HRMS Pro services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
HRMS Pro provides cloud-based human resource management software and related services including but not limited to:
- Employee management and record keeping
- Attendance and time tracking
- Payroll processing and management
- Leave management systems
- Performance evaluation tools
- Reporting and analytics
3. User Accounts and Registration
To access our services, you must:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the service to:
- Upload, post, or transmit any unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations

- That the service will meet your specific requirements
- That defects will be corrected immediately
We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HRMS Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HRMS Pro operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
